Meet The Coach
Hi, I’m Melis—and I’m so glad you’re here.
Â
At 46, and as a mother, my understanding of the body goes far beyond theory—it’s deeply personal. I’ve experienced firsthand how our bodies evolve through different stages of life, and how essential recovery becomes in maintaining strength, energy, and balance. My journey has taken me across the world.
Â
Having lived in Japan, Australia, India, the United States, and across Europe, I’ve been shaped by a rich blend of cultures, philosophies, and approaches to health and wellbeing.
Â
These experiences have influenced the way I see the body. I work with women and men from all walks of life—those navigating premenopause and perimenopause, busy moms and dads, executives, and athletes. Despite their different lifestyles, they all share one common goal: to become the best version of themselves—and never look back.
My intention is to show you what’s possible from within: that with the right approach, you can support your body in a way that helps you feel younger, stronger, and more energized as time goes on.
Â
My approach to recovery is rooted in a simple belief: the body has an incredible ability to heal, adapt, and perform—when given the right environment and guidance. Recovery Studio's essence is centered on helping you unlock that potential.
With a background in performance, movement, body conditioning, sports nutrition, and mindset coaching, I’ve spent years understanding how the body and mind respond to stress, training, and recovery.
Â
I don’t see recovery as passive rest—it’s an active, intentional process that supports strength, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
Â
Recovery Studio is a space created to bridge the gap between training and recovery.
Â
Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or simply looking to feel better in your own skin, my goal is to help you move more freely, recover more efficiently, think stronger, and perform at your best.
Â
Every session is designed with purpose.
I focus on techniques that improve circulation, reduce tension, restore balance, and align both body and mind—so you can function the way you’re meant to.

This is not just about recovery. It’s about building a body—and a mindset—that lasts.
Â
If this speaks to you, come as you are—step into my space where you can breathe, let go, and simply be.
Â
I’ll take care of the rest..
